About the event
Experience weaving as a form of meditation and reflection in this beginner-friendly tapestry weaving workshop. In this calming workshop led by artist Kacie Lyn Martinez, you’ll do an embodied gratitude meditation. You’ll then write down things you’re grateful for on small pieces of fabric, and gently weave them onto your personal tapestry loom. As you layer gratitude into each thread, you’ll create a beautiful, one-of-a-kind wall hanging that embodies abundance, mindfulness, and appreciation.
You’ll leave with:
– A completed, one-of-a-kind woven piece
– New knowledge about tapestry weaving and intuitive design
– A deeper trust in your creative process
