Cancellation Policy

Required Liability Release By participating in an event, I acknowledge that a signed waiver is required for each guest. I understand that photos may be taken during the event for marketing purposes. By agreeing to this policy, I confirm that I have read the waiver and understand that a signed waiver is required for participation. Mobility & Access Disclaimer I understand that the studio is located on an upper floor and is not currently wheelchair accessible, and that minors under the age of 13 must be accompanied by a guardian. I acknowledge that I have reviewed this information and that it may impact my ability—or the ability of someone in my party—to access the space. Refund & Cancellation Policy By participating in an event, accessing this website, booking services, or otherwise engaging with Vesper Design LLC in any capacity, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by the following terms regarding refunds and cancellations, which govern all use of Vesper Design LLC’s services, website, and related offerings. 1. Appointments Appointment services booked with Vesper Design LLC may require a deposit to reserve any appointments or sessions. If the Client cancels with less than 48 hours’ notice or does not show up for their session, the deposit will be non-refundable. Cancellations made 48 hours or more in advance will receive a full refund of the deposit. Vesper Design LLC reserves the right to waive the non-refund policy and issue a full or partial refund at its sole discretion, including in cases of emergency or other exceptional circumstances. 2. Workshops (Ticketed Events) Tickets for workshops hosted by Vesper Design LLC may be sold in advance to secure a reserved space for the participant(s). If the participant cancels with less than 24 hours’ notice or fails to attend the event, no refund will be issued. Cancellations made 24 hours or more in advance are eligible for a full refund of the ticket price. Vesper Design LLC reserves the right to waive the non-refund policy and issue a refund or credit at its sole discretion, depending on the circumstances. 3.
